Europe Tamilargal organises a Dance contest as a fund-raising event towards our on-going campaign #SaveCologneTamilStudies. The competition will be held in 2 categories. The event will be held online via recorded video submissions.

Contest Regulations/Information:

Rules & Regulations:

1. Requirements : Original content, preferably Tamil songs.

2. Submission : One Dance video per entry

3. The Video recordings submitted should not be available in the social network already and shall not be submitted to any other competition.

If the video is for 3.5 – 4 minutes, max. 2 cuts allowed.

If the video is for 3 – 3.5 minutes, max. 1 cut allowed.

This is to ensure that one can dance continuously for at least 1.5 minute.

4. Entry fees:

Solo: 5 Euros or more

Group: 9 Euros or more

Procedure to upload videos:

Once registration and payment is confirmed, We provide a unique ID to each participants. With this unique ID you will be able to upload your videos in the Europe Tamilargal Facebook event page Thamizha Thamizha with the hashtag “#ETDazzlingDancer21” and “#SaveCologneTamilStudies”.

Selection Criteria:

Top 10 videos will be shortlisted and Participants have to send/upload the original videos again for the final selection (i.e. We will send dedicated link requesting to upload the videos to the top 10 contestants)

Result announcement criteria for the winner shall be 20% points based on Facebook likes and 80% points based on judge inputs

Top three winners will be selected by renowned judges Nanda and Karthick.

The three best performances will be rewarded and played on the day of the main event – “Thamizha Thamizha” (18th Apr ’21)

Time limit should not exceed min. 3 min and max. 4 min
Each participant has to tag their videos as “#ETDazzlingDancer21” and “#SaveCologneTamilStudies”.
The Video recordings submitted shall not be available in the social network and shall not be submitted to any other competition.
